After Care Specialist

Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented After-Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with patients after their treatment to ensure their recovery is progressing well, provide guidance, and address any concerns they may have. Your role is key in ensuring patient satisfaction and supporting the clinics reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with patients after their procedures (via WhatsApp, email, or phone).
• Track and document patients recovery progress in coordination with the medical team.
• Provide patients with accurate post-treatment care instructions and respond to their questions in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Flag any medical concerns or complications to the appropriate medical staff.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and maintain a positive, professional relationship with each patient.
• Assist in creating and updating after-care materials and follow-up protocols.
• Support administrative processes related to patient care, including feedback collection.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Arabic, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient-focused approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
