As a Customer Service Specialist, you will ensure the timely execution of the order-to-invoice processes for Vision Care products and samples in accordance with Alcon Standard Operating Procedures. This role aims to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating with local stakeholders, supporting the Business Unit, and contributing to the achievement of strategic targets through optimized operational efficiency and enhanced customer service for Turkey while you are based in Istanbul. In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Entry of the orders and samples to the system and keep related coordination with the customers and warehouses.
  • Manage customer inquiries via Service Cloud case management and Pure Cloud call management systems.
  • Check product availability in system upon customer and sales force request.
  • Control of sales campaign approvals and entry of the campaign orders accordingly.
  • Check the open sales report weekly to follow up open orders and complete the order process if needed.
  • Follow up the quality complaints weekly and create compensation order and inform customers if needed. Follow up e-commerce tool order processes (order confirmation, customer requests about the password etc.)
  • Ensure cooperation with Business, Logistics and S&OP for all daily and long term (portfolio changes, stock out management, new launches etc.).
  • Open logistic caused complaints in Quadro, follow up the process and inform customers accordingly.
  • Continue to drive operational excellence and ensure transformation by achieving Europe CO transactional KPI objectives.
  • Apply Alcons Values & Behaviors to daily performance and the achievement of annual goals
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent English. Written and spoken
  • Nice to have SAP or Sales Force experience
  • Project management background would be an advantage
  • Nice to have experience from pharma or medical company
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Analytical mindset or skills would be highly valuable
