European research project coördinator

HealthTech Innovations Teknoloji AS is seeking a motivated and organized European Research Project Coordinator to oversee and manage collaborative research initiatives across Europe. In this role, you will coordinate the efforts of multiple stakeholders, including academic institutions, healthcare providers, and technology partners, to ensure the successful execution of funded research projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication among partners.

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of European research projects in the healthcare sector
• Act as the main point of contact between project partners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, budgets, and timelines
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project partners
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and conferences
• Prepare reports and documentation for funding agencies
• Stay updated on relevant research funding opportunities and participate in proposal writing

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the research or healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of European research funding mechanisms and collaborative projects
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Life Sciences, Project Management) is preferred
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to navigate complex project dynamics

Salary range between 50.000 and 70.000 TRY per month Nett.
