Date Posted: 2024-09-02 Country: Türkiye Location: FABRIKA, İSTANBUL, Turkey Job Title We are looking for an Export Specialist to be based closed to Beylikdüzü in İstanbul, and be responsible for selling the OTIS range of products and developing good relationships with selling entities and the customers, and be responsible for managing the booked projects until the financial closure. This is a permanent role and reports to the Export Manager. As an Export Specialist , your key responsibilities
- Maintain a sound knowledge of Otis and its competitors product ranges, the building and construction industry, relevant Codes
- Identify and develop new customers through close networking
- Plan sales activity and strategy in conjunction with regard to customer analysis
- Develop and implement a strategy to maximize Otis opportunity for acceptance of proposals
- Determine client requirements and design parameters quickly in order to maximise Otis opportunity to secure new contracts.
- Manage and control project performance to meet delivery targets, deadlines, and customer commitments.
- Provide leadership and direction to each project team through directing work, effective communication, and setting clear expectations on deliverables to ensure individual accountability for project output and results.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Degree qualified at Bachelors level in engineering preferably in mechanical or electrical
- Knowledge and experience of elevators and construction-related business
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of using computer-based reporting systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, Internet, database management)
- Ability to make product presentation to the customers
- Strong verbal and written skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Possess good negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and is results-driven
