• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of network management, hardware troubleshooting, and software systems.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and maintain the propertys IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to all departments.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage IT-related projects.
• Train employees on IT tools and systems when needed.
