How you will make an impact:

• Taking part in the installation and revision processes of transformer core cutting and slitting machines and ensuring their realization,

• Prioritizing and performing incidental maintenance,

• Monitoring and performing planned maintenance,

• Developing and reporting actions to monitor and reduce failure frequencies,

• Filling out and following up failure tracking forms, standard maintenance-repair reports,

• Ensuring that the maintenance workshop and work areas are clean and tidy,

• Providing the necessary support and control in subcontractor work,

• Carrying out activities in accordance with HSE requirements.

Your Background:

• Graduates of relevant engineering departments of universities or minimum 10 years of experience in electrical-mechanical planned, predictive and fault maintenance activities in the production sector,

• Maintenance experience on pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems,

• Having carried out maintenance work on mass production machines operating based on automation and preferably having electrical/electronic control knowledge,

• Having knowledge on electrical equipment such as electric motors, drivers, sensors, etc. and electrical/electronic control,

• Being able to think analytically, solution-oriented,

• Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines,

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills,

• Ability to adapt and manage fast-paced environment and ability to change direction when priorities, deadlines etc. shift,

• Being able to adapt to shift work schedule,

• Completed military service for male applicants,

• Residing/able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze or Ä°zmit.
