This essential position is responsible for ensuring patients have a smooth and well-coordinated journey from their appointments to transportation logistics.

To serve our international patients effectively, fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage patient schedules based on availability and personal preferences
• Communicate appointment and timing details clearly in the patients preferred language
• Organize transportation logistics, including pickups and drop-offs
• Work closely with transport vendors to ensure service quality and timeliness
• Keep detailed records of planning activities and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize workflow and patient experience

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish
• Prior experience in coordination, scheduling, or operations is a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
