Safilo is seeking an FP&A Specialist / Financial Analyst to provide end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the assigned business unit. Reporting to the Local Head of Finance and working under the technical guidance of the FP&A European Coordinator, the role delivers the quantitative insights necessary to drive growth and cost-efficiency, ensures compliance with corporate policies and GAAP/IFRS, and serves as a strategic partner to commercial and functional leaders. The position will be based in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget planning and monthly forecasts; ensure timely upload of budget data aligned with Group standards.
• Financial Analysis & Controlling: Analyze full P&L performance, profitability by channel/brand/customer, and support commercial initiatives with actionable insights.
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor overhead and salesforce spending, and evaluate ROI to drive efficiency.
• Reporting & Data Governance: Support month-end close, ensure accurate BI reporting, and deliver ad-hoc and recurring financial reports.
• Compliance &; Audit: Apply GAAP/IFRS and local regulations, assist with audits, and ensure financial governance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in FP&A or controlling within an international company.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP (FI/CO), and BI tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Hyperion).
• Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
