Pediatric Nurse – Nauru Deployment

Country Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a qualified and caring Pediatric Nurse to provide compassionate, skilled care to infants, children, and adolescents. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to child health in a close-knit, underserved community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients in clinics, wards, and emergency settings
• Monitor growth, development, and vital signs
• Administer vaccinations and medications
• Educate families on child health, nutrition, and preventive care
• Support pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams in treatment planning
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure infection control practices

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
• Pediatric nursing training or certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric or child health nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
• Adaptable to working in low-resource or rural settings
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to family-centered care

Contract & Benefits:
