• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerden mezun,
• Tercihen etkinlik sektöründe 3 yıl ve üzeri deneyimli,
• Öğrenmeye ve gelişmeye açık,
• Araştırmacı, trendleri takip eden ve detaylara önem veren,
• İletişimi kuvvetli, fikir üretebilen,
• Adobe Creative Cloud programlarını çok iyi derecede kullanabilen,
• Sadece talep edilen tasarım değil, kişisel bakış açısıyla da konsept/tasarım üretebilen,
• Baskı sürecini bilip, baskı hazırlayabilen,
• Bireysel sorumluluk alan,
