About Us:

We are the Turkish agency of an international shipping line, managing container transportation between Turkey and overseas destinations. As our operations grow, we are looking to strengthen our Istanbul office with a motivated colleague who is eager to learn and willing to be trained in all aspects of shipping agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager in daily office operations (emails, phone calls, documentation).
• Reviewing invoices from local suppliers and ensuring corrections in case of discrepancies.
• Supporting coordination with logistics operators, shipping lines, and port terminals.
• Gaining hands-on exposure to the full cycle of shipping agency tasks: bookings, operations, documentation, and customer relations.
• Using MS Office and industry-related software in daily tasks.

Requirements:
